What you’ll be doing

Being a Care Assistant doesn’t just mean helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible but also supporting and respecting their rights of choice, privacy and dignity.  Working as a team member to implement personalised care plans, supporting them with personal care, assisting at meal times encouraging their chosen interests in a stimulating and homely environment.

What you will need

Experience of caring for others would be useful, not necessary.   The ability to use your initiative, prioritise a busy workload,  keep records and to follow instructions.
